Refund policy

1. General Policy

All purchases made through The Joyful Solutions are final. Because our subscription boxes are curated, personalized, and produced in small batches, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the product arrives damaged or incorrect.

This policy applies to:

  • Monthly or quarterly subscription boxes
  • One-time purchases of 3D coloring models and related products
  • Personalized or customized items

2. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your box or any item inside it arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will gladly provide a full refund.

To process your claim, please contact us within 72 hours of delivery with:

  • A brief description of the issue
  • Clear photos (or video) showing the damage or mistake
  • Your order number

No returns required

You do not need to send the box or item back to us. Once the issue is verified, a refund will be issued to your original payment method.


3. “Not What I Expected” / Satisfaction Refunds

Even if the product is not damaged, we understand that expectations differ.

Therefore, in select cases and at our sole discretion, we may issue a goodwill refund.
Goodwill refunds are not guaranteed and are evaluated case-by-case.

This flexible approach exists to protect customers while preventing abuse of the system common in the subscription-box industry.


4. Missing Items

If your box arrives incomplete, we will either:

  • refund the missing item, or
  • send a replacement in your next shipment, depending on availability.

5. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds cannot be issued in the following cases:

  • Requests submitted after 72 hours from delivery
  • Items damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or unintended use
  • Lost shipments caused by incorrect addresses provided by the customer
  • Dissatisfaction with styles, difficulty level, or model category (since these are based on quiz inputs)

6. Subscription Cancellations

Subscription cancellations apply to future renewals only.
Refunds for past or already processed subscription cycles are not available unless the box was damaged or incorrect.
