  • Our models are not toys and are not designed for rough play.
  • If a model becomes damaged or broken, sharp edges may form.
    Discard the item immediately, as broken pieces may be sharp or hazardous.

By purchasing our products, you acknowledge these safety conditions.

3. Personalization & Quiz Information

We use your quiz answers to personalize your subscription box.
Your preferences, age category, crafting habits, or other quiz data help determine which 3D coloring models you receive.

You are responsible for ensuring that all information you provide is truthful and accurate.

4. Subscription Services

4.1 Automatic Billing

By subscribing to a monthly or quarterly plan, you authorize us to automatically charge your payment method at each renewal cycle until canceled.

You will be billed on the schedule shown during checkout.

4.2 Cancellations

You may cancel your subscription at any time.
Cancellations apply to future billing periods only.

Charges for already processed renewals cannot be refunded unless the product was damaged or incorrect (see Refund Policy).

4.3 Updating Payment Information

It is your responsibility to maintain accurate and valid payment details.
If a payment fails, we may retry the charge or temporarily suspend your subscription.

5. Pricing & Availability

Prices are shown in USD unless stated otherwise.
We may change pricing, product offerings, or subscription structures at any time.
If subscription prices change, we will provide advance notice.

6. Orders & Shipping

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.

Shipping limitations:

We currently ship only within the United States.
International delivery is not available at this time.

Shipping times are estimates and not guarantees.

7. Refunds & Returns

Refunds are handled according to our Return & Refund Policy, which is part of these Terms and incorporated by reference.

Key points:

  • Subscription boxes are non-refundable unless damaged or incorrect.
  • Issues must be reported within 72 hours of delivery.
  • Photo/video evidence is required.

No returns are necessary; refunds are issued upon verification.

8. Product Use & Assumption of Risk

By purchasing from us, you agree that:

  • 3D coloring models are creative hobby items, not toys.
  • Improper handling, modification, or breakage may pose risks.
  • You assume responsibility for safe use, including supervising children.

We are not liable for injuries, damages, or losses resulting from misuse.

All images, designs, text, branding, packaging, 3D models, and digital content on our website or in our boxes are the exclusive property of The Joyful Solutions or its licensors.

  • products will meet every subjective expectation
  • quiz recommendations will always match user preferences
