1. Overview

This policy explains how customers may cancel their subscription or recurring purchase option.
By subscribing to any purchase plan, you agree to the terms outlined below.


2. Subscription Renewal

When you subscribe to a monthly or quarterly plan, you authorize us to automatically charge your selected payment method at each renewal cycle until cancellation.

Renewal dates and prices are shown at checkout and in your confirmation email.


3. How to Cancel Your Subscription

You may cancel your subscription at any time before the next billing date.

Cancellation methods:

  • Through your customer account using the “Manage Subscription” link
  • Through the renewal reminder email sent before each charge
  • By contacting customer support

A cancellation is considered effective once confirmed via the customer portal or by our support team.


4. Effect of Cancellation

4.1 No Refunds for Already Processed Charges

Cancellations apply only to future renewal cycles.

We cannot refund a subscription payment that has already been processed unless your box arrives damaged or incorrect (as defined in our Refund Policy).

4.2 You Will Not Receive Further Shipments

Once your cancellation is effective:

  • no further charges will be made
  • no additional subscription boxes will be shipped

5. Modifying Your Subscription

You may update your subscription details at any time, including:

  • shipping address
  • box theme or preferences
  • frequency (monthly/quarterly)
  • payment method

Changes must be completed before your next renewal date to take effect for the upcoming shipment.


6. Failed Payments

If a payment fails:

  • we may retry the charge
  • your subscription may be paused
  • shipments may be delayed

It is your responsibility to keep your payment method up to date.


7. Reminder Emails

Before each renewal, you will receive an automated reminder email containing:

  • the upcoming billing date
  • the amount that will be charged
  • a link to manage or cancel your subscription

This is required by Shopify and ensures transparency.


8. One-Time Purchases

One-time purchases are not part of a recurring plan and cannot be “canceled.”
They follow our standard Return & Refund Policy.
