1. Shipping Regions

We currently ship orders only within the United States.
International shipping is not available at this time.


2. Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 5-6 business days.

Subscription boxes are packed and shipped according to the renewal schedule shown at checkout.

Processing times may be longer during holidays or periods of high demand.


3. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We ship through standard U.S. shipping carriers.
Estimated delivery times:

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed. Carrier delays, weather disruptions, and remote locations may extend delivery times.


4. Tracking Information

All orders include tracking numbers.
Tracking details will be sent to your email or phone number once your order ships.

If you do not receive tracking within 6 business days, please contact customer support.


5. Shipping Costs

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on:

  • order weight
  • package size
  • shipping destination
  • chosen delivery speed

Promotions or free-shipping offers may apply when available.


6. Incorrect Addresses

It is the customer’s responsibility to provide an accurate and complete shipping address.

We are not responsible for orders that are:

  • misdelivered
  • delayed
  • lost
  • returned to sender

due to incorrect or incomplete address information.

If the order is returned to us, additional shipping fees may apply.


7. Lost or Stolen Packages

Once a package is marked as Delivered by the carrier, we consider the order fulfilled.

If you believe your package was stolen or delivered incorrectly, please:

  • contact the carrier directly
  • notify us so we can assist if possible

However, we cannot issue refunds for packages that carriers confirm as delivered.


8. Damaged or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged or incomplete, please review our Return & Refund Policy.

Key instructions:

  • report the issue within 72 hours of delivery
  • include photos or video evidence
  • no need to return the box

Refunds are provided upon verification.


9. Subscription Box Shipping

Subscription boxes are shipped on a recurring basis aligned with your billing cycle.

Renewals must be canceled before the next billing date to avoid receiving that month’s shipment.

Changes to your shipping address must be updated before renewal to ensure proper delivery.
